Spanish Courses School Blog

A niche in the job market for Spanish as a Foreign Language teachers.

The main reason for which I decided to undertake this course was the dream that I have always had of teaching in a university. Moreover, I have always loved languages: I speak English, French, German and Italian fluently.

All this gave me the idea of giving Spanish classes to the many foreign university students who come to our country every year. Getting to know other cultures, showing others how life goes on in my own country, exchanging experiences from different parts of the world, exchanging opinions and seeing the world through the eyes of others… all of these things have delighted me since I was a child.

Consequently, I started my doctorate. I am still working towards it today, without rushing, but without stopping either.

I chose to undertake this Spanish as a Foreign Language teacher training course in the hope of gaining access to the field of university education. Who knows, I might even get the chance to teach Spanish (or some other subject in Spanish) at a foreign university. I believe that such an opportunity would greatly enrich my life, since any encounter with people from other cultures can only be one of tolerance, equality, solidarity and generosity. Furthermore, I believe that the opportunity to LEARN is a tremendous gift, and hope to share it with others, and thus create a better world, happier and more human.

I see this course as a great way to achieve all of the objectives mentioned above, and as an essentialiaty for people like me, who are deeply concerned with good teaching and everything that it entails.

Kind regards to everyone.
