After the course for teachers of Spanish

That was it. I have already finished the memory course for teachers of Spanish ELE. And now what? Now i have to keep working hard and studying, because our future students deserve the best of us so we should offer it to them. Teaching is an interactive system: we learn from our teachers and we teach to our students but we also learn from our students and we teach to our teachers.

We all have been students some time in our lives and we all know that the confidence, the respect to the teacher and the interest for learning new things, most of the times doesn`t depend on the theoretical knowledge of the teacher but on his ability to establish a good communication with the students.

If to the already difficult task of establishing a productive relationship we add the difficulty of working in a multicultural environment, we realize how difficult it is to be a Spanish teacher.

Imagine every person having his own idea about which is the best formula to become a Spanish teacher. Mine is the following one: theoretical knowledge + confident + credibility + good communication. Establish a balance between the above, the success or the failure of our teaching / learning depends on them.
