New Spanish teacher in Germany
I chose to do this course at Instituto Hemingway as it was online and it was certified by the Instituto Cervantes. I could continue to study at my own pace from a new country with them.
I am a CFGS of Primary Education student and, due to work reasons, we moved to work in Germany two years ago. I have found work here in extracurricular workshops giving Spanish classes to infants and their mothers (learning Spanish with music, and Spanish children's songs) and to preschool children. The majority of the partners are bilingual so it is a place where children can socialise in our language. It is incredible to see the speed at which the children learn languages.
Germany is a country that is very interested in our culture and language. It is not difficult to find people that speak various languages, including Spanish, at a level almost equal to their English.
Once I have the qualification in my hand, my intention is to teach groups of infants or adults at schools where I live. In the future, I want to be able to continue specialising as a Spanish teacher in order to continue adding to my academic profile.
I encourage those people who want to be Spanish teachers to study to be an ELE teacher.
