Tapas tour in Bilbao with the Instituto Hemingway
Among our students of our Spanish course there's every kind of people. Some like museums, others like the outdoor and others simply like Fridays. And we try to satisfy everyone .
Our philosophy is: firstly, you have to build the scaffolding, the scaffolding are our morning classes¡, where students learn Spanish in the class. And it's in the afternoons that we put into practice what we've learned in the class, so we practice in reali life.
Our activities are thought to let the students put into practice what they learnt in class and also to let them enrich their knowledge. So to understand, the classes are essential, but the reality is on the streets ;-) .
For those who don't know us yet and to let you have an idea, last Thursday we've been to the Museo Vasco with our super teacher Borja; There's no better history teacher and our students know and appreciate it. Thanks to him we came to know a little bit more about the Basque history and we learnt something about the ancient culture that surrounds us in every step we take in the famous Bilbao .
And to absorb the flavours of the Basque kitchen on Fridays we plan a tour of pintxos . It doesn't matter if the week is short or long, tough or with a carnival atmosphere, the pintxos are almost a sensory escape. The pintxos with the Instituto Hemingway are the best thing to do to start the weekend!
