Internship position now open at Instituto Hemingway

Instituto Hemingway needs 2 placement students. The offer is directed to students or international graduates who speak 2 or more European languages and a Basic knowledge of Spanish. This placement is aimed at people who wish to improve their language abilities by living and working in Spain. These internships can be obtained through your university or through the Leonardo Da Vinci programme. www.europa.es

The job is 20 hours a week and the work consists of:

• Contacting English/French/German clients through email or telephone.
• Carry out translations into the languages you know
• Manage and create articles for the webpage
• Working with the managers in promoting the institute. We are open to new ideas.
• Provide tourist information to clients (students who are taking Spanish classes) and act as a guide of different sites and attractions.
• Visit different companies in Bilbao and perhaps other cities in Spain, to promote Instituto Hemingway.
• Search the Internet for information about available benefits and subsidies from the European Union.

Instituto Hemingway offers: 200€ pocket money a month and the possibility to take some free Spanish classes.

At the end of the Internship, Instituto Hemingway provides certification and a reference letter. We can arrange accommodation in a host family, shared apartment or student residence.

We also offer access to the Internet at the Institute, orientation and anything you need to have a fulfilling experience in Spain.

Instituto Hemingway is a Spanish language school for foreign students, situated in Bilbao in the North of Spain. Bilbao`s airport has good links with UK airports and lost cost flights through airlines such as Easy Jet or Ryan Air.
