For this month we have scheduled very interesting activities:
The first week we will have two musical proposals. On April 3 we go to the Arriaga Theater to see a Zarzuela; a kind of Spanish opera set in Cairo. And on April 4 we will have a flamenco concert in memory of Camarón.
You can not miss the activity on April 8: a boat trip on the Nervión River so you can observe the city from another perspective.
And this month we have Holy Week, so in the Week of April 15 we will go to see some of the Holy Week processions; starting with the Nazarenes that runs through the most alternative parts of the city. On Thursday April 16 we will not have class but we will go to see another of the most classical processions in the city.
We will visit the Guggenheim Museum on April 11 where we can see both the permanent collection and the new temporary exhibitions.
On September 25 we will visit the Basque Museum where we can learn the history of Bilbao and everything related to Basque culture. In the Museum, we will have the chance to see a large map of Vizcaya with all its towns. Also on April 10 we will visit the Bullring and the Bullfighting Museum.
To complete the visits to museums we have scheduled a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts for April 24. Remember that it is one of the best art galleries in Spain.
In addition to museums we will also have excursions. To mount Archanda, climbing in funicular to have the best views of the city and a boat ride along the estuary to see another perspective of the city. And on Friday the 19th ... the great ascent to Mount Pagasarri; a visit that every visitor has to do to show off Bilbao.
For wine lovers, we have scheduled a wine tasting for April 9 with sparkling wines or cavas that will be directed by an expert teacher in cava.
And of course, every Friday we have the pinchos route where we will have the opportunity to taste tortillas, paellas, tapas ... and to talk with teachers and classmates.
Do not forget to check the activities scheduled for September. We will wait for you.
