Spanish courses and Red Bull Cliff Diving in Bilbao

On our website we want to tell you about this surprising sporting event: the World  Cliff Diving Series  which are going to take place in Bilbao.

The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2014 started last May in Cuba and since then  events have been held in Fort Worth(U.S.A), Inishmore in Ireland and in  Norway.

On the 20th of September Bilbao´s Estuary is going to be the setting for the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series.  From the  Salve river at a height of more than 27 metres the best divers will carry out aerial pirouettes before dropping into the water.  

The British competitor Gary Hunt a specialist in these types of dives will arrive in Bilbao as the leader of the world series, which you can see live in Spain for the first time. This phase in Bilbao will be the sixth and penultimate in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2014 , which will end on  the 18th of October in  Ik Kil, in the Yucatán Peninsula( Mexico).
