September´s Calendar: The free activities for our Spanish courses.

This September at Instituto Hemingway the cultural activities are the most varied and most enjoyable.  

Our Spanish students will be able to enjoy different, free trips to museums in the city: The Basque Country Museum, the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Maritime Museum and the Archeological Museum.

They will also enjoy typical, Spanish culinary customs with the successful pintxos (basque tapas) trip on Friday , chocolate with churros (fried doughnuts) , the international dinner  and our legendary wine-tasting (under the guidance of our sommelier Alfredo).  Through these activities you will not only get to know about Spanish culinary customs but we will bring you closer to the culinary culture of your classmates´ countries.

The prepared trips will mix sporting disciplines ( the World Basketball Championships and Cliff Diving) with tourist visits to places of historic and artistic interest like Guernica, Castro Urdiales, the Bilbao Estaury and the bull ring. Through total immersion in our country you will turn into an expert on Spanish culture.
