Why should you study Spanish in our language school?

'Spain's different', it is a symbolic sentence and almost a myth and all those ones that visited España at least once will agree with this. España is not only sun, beach or towns like Barcelona or Seville.

España is much more and it can offer us an endless variety of places, tastes and experiences that someone would have never even imagined.

Apart Spain being a wonderful country, with ancient culture, its language is the mothertongue of more than 400 million persons. The Castellano appears to be one of the most spoken languages in the whole planet. It is, after all, the most powerful reason to learn a foreign language. You could travel to many many countries and still speak in Spanish and this is an undeniable advantage.

And, why learning Spanish with us and in Bilbao? Because we are different. Our school is like a world on its own, our students come from all around the world and the international atmosphere that is in our classrooms is simply spectacular.

We know each one of our students and we hope that our school has been like a second home. These days, one of our students, Matt, will have a cameo in the shooting of Gernika, a Spanish film, and the story tells us about the victories of the terrible bombian and destruction of this town during the Spanish Civil War.

It is a success that Matt will have this opportunity of working with famous actors that are staying in Bilbao at the moment, and who knows, maybe he's found his dream job, apart from being an excellent philologist.

Some other lovely students of ours, Serge and Gerald, have already got back to their country. They have studied with us for more than three months and they have been amazing. They've learnt so much that now they will be teaching Spanish and in this way help kids in order to travel or only to understand another culture.

Studying a foreign language in not simply grammar but also learning the culture and the way the habitants of the country think and this is what we teach in our school.
