Ice skating, Rockade, Santo Tomás - activities in December 2022

As always, we meet on Friday nights for our traditional food, Pintxos. Together we will go to a bar which is near to the school and eat delicious delicacies and drink wine.

- Cata de vinos, the 14th and 26th of December at 19:00

One of the activities where more students join our wine teacher, Alfredo. A good selection of Spanish wines and something typically Spanish to eat. It is the perfect event if you want to know more about the country.

- In the Guggenheim museum on the 1st of December at 16:00 you can see a great variety of art, both modern and classic, with a large repertoire of artistic work.

- The ice rink is located on the pier at Arenal. We will spend a pleasant afternoon here on the 5th of December at 17:00. Maybe one of us will know some ice skating figures and can show us your hidden figure skating abilities.

- The churros with chocolate on Wednesday the 7th of December at 15:00 and 18:00 is the perfect opportunity to savour one of the many gastranomic specialties of Spain. This typical Spanish flavour is truly unique, thanks to its slightly sweet and sour taste, a contrast of flavours perfectly balanced between the bitter sweetness of chocolate and the salty touch of the churros with the oily and crunchy consistency typical of this dish.

- We offer you a visit to the Bellas Artes Museum on the 12th of December at 16:30. Up until now, it is one of the main museums of the country. We can find different forms of art while we explore the ages.

On the 15th of December at 14:00 we will continue our gastranomic journey in Casco Viejo with a visit to a bar that specialises in Iberian products. Here we will eat delicious Iberian ham sandwiches that your mouth waters just looking at them.

- Cha Cha, tango and quickstep: those that are familiar with these dances are in the right place with our activity "ballroom dancing class". On the 19th of December at 19:00 we will visit a dance school to practice our skills.

- Traditionally on the 21st of December we celebrate Santo Tomás in Bilbao and other cities of the Basque Country. This is a full-fledged party that attracts many people every year that want to try all types of products such as Chorizos, ciders, honey, sweets and much more. We will meet at 18:00.

- Rockade is a space that combines the delicious taste of street food with the best classic videogames. We will be there together on Wednesday the 28th of December at 19:00 to finish our evening.

- Finally, on the 29th of December at 20:00 we will play foosball in a bar very typical of Bilbao. A moment of being together and laughter is garaunteed for all our Spanish course students.
