Instituto Hemingway invites you to join us for a vibrant experience at the Rockade bar Bilbao, scheduled for Tuesday the 9th of January. This evening promises to be a true celebration of music and the infectious energy of rock and roll, where you can enjoy a plethora of arcade games, food and drinks with their bar and street food menu, and the company of your dear Hemingway friends.

The Rockade is one of our favourite places here in Bilbao to spend some quality time with our Spanish students. With a design set in the 80's, Rockade tries to revive the spirit of that decade of science fiction, iconic movies, alternative punk rock and neon lights. With a repertoire of music selected to encourage that 80's feel, sports broadcasts, a wide variety of beers, plenty of draft beers, cocktails and even a comprehensive menu of snacks and food to nibble on while having a good time with friends, Rockade is the perfect opportunity to get to know the 80's and its people.

This activity is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, students from other classes, and volunteers, all of whom are united with Hemingway in the spirit of learning and fellowship, as well as providing a local and authentic environment to practice your Spanish while having fun with friends.
