Leisure activities of March

Here at Instituto Hemingway, we offer our students wonderful leisure activities! Furthermore, these activities are included in the price of the Spanish course.

During the month of March, we did a lot of things. For example, we had churros with chocolate in a beautiful café in the old town of Bilbao. We went to a very well-known café, with very tasty food and we wanted our students to try it. It is true that gastronomy is a very important part of the culture of Spain.

Also, with a group of our students, we enjoyed the beautiful weather with a bike ride around the city, passing through the Casco Viejo, the river and even the Guggenheim museum. Bilbao is a beautiful city and you have to take advantage of it.

Another example from March was that we had an afternoon to spend free time with our students in a bar. We had a drink and spent this afternoon getting to know each other better, among the students it is important to speak in Spanish with others in the school, from other classes.
