Instituto Hemingway Spanish Party

As planned we met on the night of Friday 23th January to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Instituto Hemingway. The party kept all its promises and we thank all of you who came, despite the storm, to share this moment with us.

The night kicked off in our largest classroom at the Institute which had been colorfully decorated by our interns Kelly Muddeman, Madeleine Taylor y Nicolas Simmonet. After some local wine and a vast spread of party food, a draw saw some happy people winning prized and the buffet went on until midnight.

We then moved to the K2, a popular bar in Casco Viejo. Everybody followed the Institute directors Jose Lopez and Alfredo Orive. They seemed to know where we were going J K2 had a lively, busy atmosphere and was a great place to have a few drinks and chat.

To finish the tougher of us went on to another livelier bar to dance and everybody had a fantastic time.
