Cultural Activities with Spanish Classes- Dancing

On Thursday 7th May 2009, Spanish students at www.teatroarriaga.com
have a date with the Arriaga Theatre in Bilbao to see a very interesting and original dance performance.

Damián Muñoz and Virginia García have created the production Pobres Bestias, (Poor Beasts) which is coming to the Arriaga Theatre in the month of May. The production deals with the suffering of the human condition during a time when being alive meant either eating or to be eaten. Intelligence, frankness, integrity and morality become illusions which hide actions that are devoid of meaning, and instead illustrating those that are inspired by ambition, the yearning for power, greed, lust, pride, wrath and vengeance.

We will meet at Instituto Hemingway on 7th May at 7.30pm for an 8pm start. As always, please let us know if you are interested in going so that we can buy the tickets.
