Free surfing course for new students at our Spanish language school based in Bilbao!

We want you to enjoy your Spanish course. If you sign up for at least for weeks of classes during June, then we will give you a 10 hour surfing course for free!

We believe that surfing is an excellent sport, and we encourage our students to check out the beaches nearby. Also, for those who don’t have all the equipment required, including the board, we include a free equipment hire service in the package, and feel free to use the changing rooms and showers that are at the beach! The Basque coast, renowned for its wild seas, is the ideal place to practise this sport. The waves at such beaches as Zarautz, ‘La Salvaje’ Mundaka, Sopelana and Bakio are amongst the best in the world.

Surfing in Bilbao and the rest of the Biscay province is a religion, and the nature of the Cantabrian Sea means that the sport has become one of the most popular sports in the Basque province.
