BBK Live Festival and Spanish students

Between the 7th and the 9th of July we celebrate in Bilbao a festival Bilbao BBK live. The group Coldplay act in Bilbao and will be the only performance in Spain. Instituto Hemingway have scheduled with their Spanish students to see Coldplay.

Their most high profile song “viva la vida” is an emblem for a city full of life like Bilbao. The tickets cost 90 Euros for 3 days and with the card of the BBK 26 and the bonds of culture the Basque government has now said the savings will be 15 Euros.

Many students of Spain leverage their hobby for music for combining it with a stay in Bilbao and a course of Spanish. It is a musical event but also a cultural, musical and tourism. The 50 million of CDs sold by Coldplay ensure a full camp of Kobetamendi with space for 35,000 people. Our students certainly have a place within the crowd.
