The Spanish students visit a Pizzeria in Bilbao
Glaucio Pinheiro Barbosa, an old Spanish Student of Instituto Hemingway, has opened in Bilbao the first authentic Pizza Italian place. All of the material is 100% natural and Italian. The ovens are from Italy, the machinery to do the ice-cream is Italian, even his wife Nadia is Italian but the smile and the motivation of Glaucio is Brazilian. Many years as a chef in different countries support the professionalism of Glaucio and his local site in Street General Concha 17 and is already a reference in Bilbao despite the small time it has been open. Our Spanish students enjoy the visit and enjoy eating slices of pizza of different flavours. The base of the pizza is made of soy so it’s more digestive than the others we have tasted before. Our Spanish Students have practised what they have learned in class with Glaucio and words related to flavours and colours.
