Expectations and experiences as an ELE teacher
I was motivated to take this wine course because of my stay in England, where I tried to gain professional experience in my studies related to education. I started as an assistant Spanish volunteer in a secondary school and I realized that a course with these characteristics would improve my CV and my skills as a teacher. I have to admit that it was harder than I expected, but now I have completed it, I am very satisfied, especially after i realized that I had made positive progress in my learning.
The main idea that needs to be emphasized is to do with the methodology, which has changed considerably and I think that this is for the better. This is based on a type of communication, I think the teaching/learning process has gained more guaranteed success, and this is emphasized by my personal experience as an ephemeral teacher. But, above all as a student of foreign languages, especially English, the emergence of ICT in the teaching of languages has helped to improve vital skills (Listening and speaking) to achieve the integral learning of a language, which until then would have been inadequate for the student.
Having said that, although my feelings about this area are premature, I hope to be able to work professionally because I see a lot of job opportunities, since our language has acquired an ever increasingly important role in the international panorama. Meanwhile, I will continue to train myself with this material in the midst of my possibilities.
